Aviation Driven Development Agenda (ADDA)
The Ministry is pursuing an Aviation Driven Development Agenda (ADDA) to develop the business side of aviation to generate employment and create wealth for our people. To ensure private sector participating in the development of the sector, the projects will be modeled on PPP or BOT basis. This includes:
- Airline Business Expansion
- Development of Upper East Airport
- Development of West/Central, Cape Coast, Takoradi, and Yendi Airports
- Fixed Based Operator (FBO) Service
- Development of Maintenance Repair Overhaul (MRO)
- Cargo Terminal Facility at Tamale
- Aviation Training Organization (ATO) Establishment
- Sunyani Airport Phase II
